Landscape Maintenance Sales & Account Manager

Location: Brownsburg, IN | Full-time, in person, with regular visits to client properties

Pay: $55,000 - $85,000 annual salary.

Schedule: Monday-Friday during normal operations, with additional/overnight hours required for winter snow events.

Franco Landscaping has served the Indianapolis area since 1991. From landscape design and installation to maintenance, irrigation, lighting, and snow removal, our team helps residential and commercial clients care for their outdoor spaces. 

About the role

As our Landscape Maintenance Sales & Account Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for maintenance clients. You'll strengthen existing relationships, develop new business, prepare proposals, and work closely with the production team to make sure services meet client expectations. The division's work includes mowing, turf and plant care, seasonal cleanups, mulching, and snow removal.

A typical day may be about 60% office work and 40% field work. This is a seasonal business, and the role requires availability for snow events, including occasional overnight hours.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with residential and commercial maintenance clients.
• Meet prospective clients on-site, assess their needs, and prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts.
• Recommend appropriate maintenance services and enhancements to existing clients.
• Coordinate with office staff, the Production Manager, and field crews on schedules and service delivery.
• Visit job sites regularly, document observations, and help resolve quality or service concerns.
• Communicate project expectations and updates clearly to clients and crews.
• Review job costs, billing details, and account information for accuracy.
• Sell and renew snow removal contracts and assist with winter operations.

Qualifications

Required

• At least three years of combined landscape maintenance production and sales experience.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance services, estimating, scheduling, and field operations.
• Experience in sales, customer service, and coordinating multiple people or crews.
• Strong written communication, practical math, and computer skills.
• A valid driver's license, a driving record that meets company requirements, and reliable transportation to work.
• Availability for winter snow events, including overnight work when needed.

Preferred

• Associate degree or landscape industry certification.
• Experience with Aspire, Microsoft Office, GIS websites, or QuickBooks.
• RT, 3A, or 3B license preferred

Pay and benefits

• Full-time, W-2 employment
• Salary: $55,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
• Company vehicle and cell phone.
